Got my bottles today and had of course to test it right away :)
Benriach 14yo 57,5% peated, madeira hhd 1652, bottle 7/329, 1994 / sep 2008, for Finland
nose: sweet spices, fruity, smoke, at first a little bit of grass, peat, some oak, exotic fruits, vanilla
taste: powerful smoke, sweet, some oak, spices, roasted, peat, sweet fruits, adding water makes it dryer
finish: at first even a hint of soot, rosted, peat, smoke, sweet spices, salt, a little bit of wood
Powerful, delicious sweet-smoky -combination, adding water makes the smoke dryer and brings even some pepper out.
And for comparison I tried last year's version and standard 21yo Authenticus:
Benriach 13yo 56,1% peated, port hhd 4017, bottle 150/240, 1994 / aug 2007, for Finland
nose: fruity, peat, citrus, some, a little bit of exotic fruits, a hint of honey, nut
tast: smoky, some wood, salt, sometimes a bit dry, spices, peat, not so fruity, a little bit of rubber, some menthol like freshness
finish: smoke, spices, fruity sweetness, wood tar, salt
Quite complex and well balanced, even thou a bit on the light side when compared to the 14yo, especially on the nose.
Benriach 21yo 46% Authenticus
nose: citrussy, some smoke, salt, fruity, a little bit of grass, butterscotch
taste: dryer smoke, salt, fruity, quite a lot of citrus, spices, malt
finish: dryish smoke, fruity, spicy, malt, some wood, anyways on the fresh side
Naturally gets battered by the more powerful 13yo and 14yo, but is actually quite pleasantly fruity. Smoke is a bit on the dry side and at lest today citrus was maybe even a bit too overpowering on the taste and the nose.

Great notes Pere, thanks! I just got 2 bottles of this latest release bottled exclusively for Finland.
I wonder how much does the Authenticus vary from batch to batch? Some years ago (I think it was 2006 and the bottling either 2005 or 2006 batch) I opened a bottle and quite enjoyed it - the nose was not unreminiscent of warm-smoked salmon (!!), and the taste was dry, but heftily peaty and smoky.

Apparently the price is approximately 70 euros. My brother just picked one up for me from the flagship Alko in Arkadia today. Unfortunately I won't get it before Christmas when I come home for the holidays. But at least I'll get one! There were 4 bottles left on the shelf after mine was picked up.

I'm going to send one more of these bottles to a friend in Northern Sweden soon as well.
Jussika, did you ever get the Douglas Laing & Co. Port Ellen specially bottled for Finland? A few went to Sweden, unfortunately some who got it thought it was a DL Platinum bottling and were initially disappointed as it was "only" an Old Malt Cask bottling. Still, a very good sherry-Port Ellen I think, bottled at 50%.
